Argyll have completed numerous project in a property in Eaton Gate that laid claim to being the most expensive residential property in the world when last sold.

In 2004 Argyll refurbished a mews house in Notting hill turning a stables into a modern family home.

In 2008 we built two penthouse apartments over the flat roof of a low rise apartment block in Wimbledon. The superstructure spanning to the external walls was formed from 104 steel beams with a timber frame structure over.

In 2009 we completed the strip out, demolition and enabling works package in Holland Park Villas.

In 2011 we joined two apartments with a glass staircase. The property in Wimbledon had panoramic views across London and overlooked the famous tennis club.

In 2013 we complete the refurbishment of a duplex apartment in shoreditch.

In 2013 we completed a basement dig to a mews property in Hammersmith inclusive of a two story scissor car lift and retractable roof. The end results created a unique 3 story 1-bedroom home for a vintage car racing client.

In 2005 Argyll completed a detailed renovation of a mansion block property in Earls Court for a financier.
