Sadlers Farm
Set in 6 acres with sweeping view across the rolling Essex countryside the principal farmhouse has retained it footprint and core timber frame structure, it was erected during the reign of Henry VIII, modified in the age of Boris. The farmhouse has a later ram shackled single story extension which provided an opportunity for a more modern intervention. The farm also benefitted from a handsome brick-built barn with two double height openings facing the sunset and sunrise respectively. The barn was redeveloped into a new 3-bedroom dwelling with GSHP & Tesla Powerwall.
