The project involved adding a 5th floor with a sunken glass walled roof terrace over an existing 4th floor apartment. Over 60 steels were installed in a trussed structure to transfer all loads to the front and rear of the property. Working directly for a private client, Argyll completed the detailed design and delivered the project on time and budget.
