The project involved forming a new basement below an end of terrace property in Fulham. The new space was used as a media room, playroom, plant room and an ensuite bedroom for the nanny. The ground floor was extended to the side and rear to create an impressive kitchen dining area opening on to the rear patio garden. The three upper floors were also completely refurbished and modernised to create a generous family home.
